Mix 1 – 2 heaped tablespoons (15 - 30 gram) with water in a glass (250 ml) or mix to taste in a drinking bottle. 15 gram per 500 ml bottle gives you an isotonic drink. 30 gram per bottle gives you a hypertonic drink.
