The 4 key success factors we advise are: 1) Daily movement or exercise which puts some unusual pressure on your skeleton, by which we mean walk up stairs, carry some weight, move heavy things around or a mixture of all of the above. Whilst you don't want to overdo things avoiding stresses and strains as you get older is often not what is required. 2) Maintain your calcium intake at 3 large doses of dairy per day. Dairy means butter, cheese, cream, milk, yoghurt. A little less is fine if you eat lots of salads and raw vegetables. We suggest a daily dose of 1200mg of calcium per day or more. If you don't eat/drink much dairy you'll need at least 600 mg nett calcium from supplememts with the rest from raw veggies. 3) Ensure you take 5g of magnesium powder with milk or juice in the evening. This is generally about 500 mg of nett magneisum. 4) Take 75 mcg of vitamin D3 every morning with breakfast without fail regardless of whether it is sunny outside. Start this regime before you turn 45 and maintain it. Ask your doctor to measure your bone density once every 2 years.
Adults should take one VITAMIN D3 tablet per day and can take up to three tablets per day when advised by a doctor, nutritionist or therapist. Dosage not suitable for small children.
Chew or swallow 1 - 2 tablets on an empty stomach 3 times a day. 6 chews total per day. Reduce if you eat/drink some dairy or eat raw dark green vegetables on most days. If you diet is limited we recommend 6 chews per day, if you diet is rich and healthy but dairy free we recommend 4 chews per day. Inform your pharmacist and doctor you are taking this product if you are taking prescription medicines other than aspirine to thin your blood. Take a teaspoon of MAGNESUM powder (5 gram, approx 500 mg elemental weight) with juice 1 hour before bed to complement this product.
Take 1 teaspoon mixed with milk or juice after exercise or 1 hour before bed. Keep out of reach of children. Store dry at room temperature. Combine with a varied diet and regular exercise.
